Product Designer

Squad Labs builds technology that empowers the brands we believe in. Our flagship product, ROO, is a digital wardrobe network that connects luxury fashion brands with their customers through resale, authentication, and ownership infrastructure.

You'll own the end-to-end design of ROO — from the brand dashboard where partners manage their resale channel, to the consumer experience where customers buy, sell, and manage their digital wardrobe. We're building for an audience that expects exceptional design, so your work needs to meet the standard of the brands we serve.

What You'll Do

• Design and iterate on ROO's web platform and upcoming iOS/Android applications
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs
• Conduct user research with brand partners and consumers to inform design decisions
• Build and maintain a design system that scales across web and mobile
• Work closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Shape the visual identity and interaction patterns of the ROO brand

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating both web and mobile work
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of design systems, component-based design, and responsive/adaptive layouts
• Experience shipping consumer-facing products in iOS and/or Android
• Eye for luxury aesthetics — you understand what premium digital experiences look and feel like
• Ability to work autonomously and make design decisions with minimal oversight
• Based in London

Nice to Have

• Background in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Experience designing for marketplace or e-commerce platforms
• Motion design skills (Lottie, Rive, or equivalent)
• Experience with design-to-code workflows (Figma to React/SwiftUI)
• Previous early-stage startup experience
